Refinishing of existing areas including staircases and finishing new red oak trim within various areas of the chambers. Sanding was carried out utilizing HEPA filtration systems and all finishing products were low voc.
Custom built pavilion with extensive staining and painting of new woodwork. All wood which was painted received 2 coats of long oil primer followed by a thorough sanding prior to being given multiple coats of enamel and acrylics as required.
Stained areas were sanded in 3 stages prior to staining, followed by 3-4 coats of pigmented clear coats.
